About the opportunity
  • Being responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships.
  • Managing relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors, servicing them comprehensively to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
  • Driving better experiences by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
  • Identifying and implementing new value-added initiatives and proactively finding solutions, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts, offline or on Foodpanda, with targeted monthly growth as a key KPI.
  • Ensuring digital photography of top key accounts.
  • Handling deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitoring logistics performance daily/weekly.
  • Reducing issue or fail rates.
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliver strategies, develop tactical plans, manage project risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, lining up support, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Maintaining visibility and communication across teams and reporting progress to management.
  • Handling additional tasks/projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1.5 years of direct account management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costing.
