- Being responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships.
- Managing relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
- Driving better experience by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
- Identifying and implementing new value-add initiatives and proactively finding solutions, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts (offline or on foodpanda) with targeted monthly growth as a main KPI.
- Ensuring DL photography of top key accounts.
- Deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
- Monitoring logistics performance daily/weekly.
- Reducing issue or fail rates.
- Working with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage projects, risks, issues, blockers, and actions.
- Supporting cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes & tools.
- Maintaining visibility, communication, and reporting progress to management.
- Handling additional tasks/projects as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Presentation and business review skills.
- Knowledge of food and operational costings.
