Customer Complaints Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer complaints specialist. The role involves handling customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer complaints are acknowledged and escalated promptly
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints thoroughly and objectively
  • Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues
  • Communicate outcomes to customers in a clear and timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service or quality function
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
