Senior Manager – Amazon Marketplace Operations

We are hiring a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our Amazon operations across international marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.). The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and has hands-on experience managing both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) accounts, including team management and deep knowledge of Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon stores (FBA + FBM)
- Handle FBA processes: inbound shipments, restock limits, IPI score, stranded inventory
- Oversee FBM logistics: order handling, returns, A-to-Z claims, LSR
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies (ODR, IPI, Valid Tracking Rate)
- Optimize listings for Buy Box, pricing strategy, SEO, and keyword ranking
- Conduct competitor research and forecast inventory needs
- Collaborate with logistics, customer support, and finance teams
- Train and lead a team of virtual assistants/account executives
- Prepare performance reports tracking profit, ROI, and KPIs
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & FBM operations
- Strong command of Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium10, Keepa
- Solid understanding of Amazon account health metrics and compliance standards
- Experience handling high-volume sales and global marketplace performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
