
Lead Generation Specialist

This is a highly sought-after role in which you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, setting appointments and generating leads.
As a B2B Business Development Representative, you will engage with and qualify potential prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will identify and qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making 200+ outbound cold calls daily, along with emails and LinkedIn outreach, to engage and qualify potential B2B prospects.
- Identifying and qualifying leads based on the ideal customer profile.
- Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, Sales Managers or Founders.
- Executing structured outreach cadences using modern sales tools.
- Tracking activity and pipeline data in CRM software.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing outreach strategies for better conversion.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in Cold Calling, B2B Lead Generation, and Appointment Setting.
- Skills in Telemarketing, Inbound & Outbound Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other lead management tools.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in the business support outsourcing industry is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
