Retail Distribution Manager

- Responsible to review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
- Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase sales and/or introduce new products and services.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop sales goals for each location, monitor progress toward those goals, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Establish, coordinate, and grow the business sales channel to ensure the achievement of the commercial objectives.
- Evaluate sales performances, formulate and review corporate commercial medium and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific products and services.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
- Work with warehouse and transportation staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
Minimum: Graduation (candidates having a master's degree will be preferred).
