About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of services across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services across IT Support, Operations, and International Technical Recruitment.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service-related issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations effectively, providing timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to align their efforts with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to meet project deadlines and service objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance service delivery standards.
  • Ensure efficient and seamless service delivery to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to meet project deadlines and service expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions for service delivery issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in IT or technical operations.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to address operational and service delivery challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities to handle client and vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving service improvements.
  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant service management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
