The Role:

Every day presents new challenges as we coordinate and collaborate with colleagues and supply chains worldwide for projects and deployments. We are currently seeking an exceptionally organised individual, highly motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global operations team as a dedicated Client Service Administrator, supporting one of our key accounts. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including project management, operations support, communication, and commercial duties, as well as order validation, resource alignment, and project administration.

The ideal candidate must be highly organised, adaptable, able to remain calm under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills. They should enjoy working with data, as data input forms a significant part of the role, and should be someone who thrives on interacting with teams across the business.

Working hours are determined by the Region/Accounts you are responsible for, details for this will be discussed during your initial interview, some flexibility will be required to meet global business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operations and project delivery matters with key clients as a partnership manager.
  • Manage project delivery, communication, updates, and resource alignment to ensure service delivery meets expected standards.
  • Develop existing products and services to aid in the growth of global partnerships.
  • Maintain and update the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams across all global offices to ensure data compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide support to various operations functions, including logistics coordination, resource allocation, and finance.
  • Assist with project work across the operations team aimed at driving quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure onsite teams are adequately trained, aware of their responsibilities, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Monitor project deliveries to ensure they are on track.
  • Oversee global consistency in project delivery for key clients from various fulfilment depots.
  • Hold weekly meetings with key clients to share updates and gather feedback, applying feedback to operational processes to ensure service excellence.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
