Position Overview: In this role, you will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence. You'll oversee network architecture, cloud solutions, data centers, and enterprise systems while driving innovation and efficiency.

What you'll do as the Manager Information Technology Infrastructure

Employees employed in the role of Manager Information Technology Infrastructure shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms).
• Lead a team of engineers in deploying and managing infrastructure projects.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance (ISO, NIST, SOC).
• Optimize cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce best practices and mitigate risks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for infrastructure services.

What you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong expertise in networking (CISCO, SD-WAN), virtualization (VMware), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS/Azure Architect, or ITIL are a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive IT strategy.
