- Ensure facility security, access control, and emergency preparedness.
- Oversee janitorial, landscaping, and waste management services.
- Prepare and manage facility-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with sub-departments for facility-related needs.
- Develop and enforce facility policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct safety training and drills.
- Manage environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including employees, owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Communicate facility-related information to occupants.
- Collaborate with departments for event planning and coordination.
- Foster positive relationships with contractors and service providers.
