Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager - Dental Billing to join our team. This role involves overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, including managing billing operations, ensuring accurate claims processing, handling insurance reimbursements, and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, an in-depth understanding of dental insurance policies, and experience in leading teams to streamline billing and revenue cycle procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle, including insurance verification, coding, claims submission, follow-ups, and collections.
- Handle escalations, resolve billing inquiries, and maintain clear communication with patients, dentists, and insurance providers.
- Establish team and department goals, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs), to track the success of revenue cycle processes.
- Identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks in the revenue cycle and implement strategies to improve overall performance.
- Develop training programs for new and existing staff on best practices, coding guidelines, and revenue cycle management processes.
- Provide clear direction and set expectations for team performance, ensuring everyone understands their roles in the revenue cycle process.
- Ensure that the team is adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, insurance policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of dental codes (CDT), insurance verification, claims submission, and collections.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
- Knowledge of insurance policies and reimbursement processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle patient billing questions and complaints.

Salary: Market competitive + Fuel allowance/transport service
