Role Overview:
A reputed private company operating in the energy, oil & gas, fertilizer, and refinery sectors is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Business Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market development, and direct client engagement, including in-person meetings and on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client visits and meetings to build strong relationships and understand business requirements.

Participate in contract discussions and assist in finalizing business deals.

Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and reporting of business development activities.

Travel across Pakistan, as required, for business meetings and site visits.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, ideally within the energy, oil & gas, fertilizer, or refinery industries.

Experience with multinational companies will be a strong advantage.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site across Pakistan.
