Code Xenix is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is not just about running campaigns but also about building brands, driving growth, and leading creative strategies that make an impact. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage content and social strategy across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging.
  • Analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget and guide internal/external creatives, freelancers, and agencies.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in tech, coworking, SaaS, or startups.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand development, and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media strategy, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
  • Confidence in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and own projects end-to-end.
