
Business Development Manager Training Division

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager for our Training Services Division based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our technical, leadership, and compliance training portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities within the training and development sector; provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and opportunity identification.
- Business Development Strategy: Design and execute a robust business development plan aimed at expanding our footprint in the training services domain; set and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of business initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including corporate partners, educational institutions, and industry associations; understand client-specific training needs and offer customized training solutions.
- Inquiry Management: Forward relevant inquiries related to Lead Auditor programs and Integrated Management System (IMS) trainings to the concerned departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations with industry leaders, universities, and training organizations; co-develop innovative, value-added, and co-branded training programs and events.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales plans and actively pursue leads to meet or exceed revenue targets; modify and fine-tune strategies based on market feedback and client interactions.
- Marketing & Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to design and launch targeted campaigns to boost visibility and engagement for training programs; represent the organization at seminars, expos, and networking events.
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design market-relevant, high-impact training programs; ensure content remains updated, practical, and aligned with current industry standards; maintain a customer-centric approach and incorporate feedback to enhance program delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system; generate regular performance and progress reports for internal review and strategic decisions.
- Travel Requirements: While the role is primarily Karachi-based, occasional travel may be required for client meetings, training events, or industry forums. All travel expenses will be borne by the company.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for all training-related business development activities; ensure alignment of spending with departmental goals and financial projections.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
