Seeking a Qualified Professional with Electrical/Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering OR MBA Supply Chain having 8 - 10 years of experience in post-press Printing & Packaging, including 4-5 years in a managerial role.

This position is responsible to:

  • Oversee daily operations of the post-press department, ensuring conformance to production plans.
  • Ensure timely and efficient post-press operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Logistics teams to meet deadlines and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
  • Monitor finishing and packaging machinery and follow the maintenance plan.
  • Supervise and train post-press staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance packaging quality and optimize processes.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven initiatives.
