
Assistant Manager Business Development/Project Coordinator

MBA in Marketing, ITM, Technology Management, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in managing tender-based business opportunities, including technical and commercial proposal development and joint submissions with partners.
- Experience in building and managing teams, preparing and analyzing business proposals and agreements, vendor selection, and supply chain management.
- Industry knowledge of public and private sector tendering processes; experience in academic or research environments is advantageous.
- Business Development Support: Identify tender opportunities, support proposal preparations, conduct market research.
- Proposal Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with faculty and departments, compile technical and financial documents.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Liaise with legal, finance, and other departments for timely submissions.
- Partnership & Communication Assistance: Communicate with partners and collaborators.
- Post-Submission & Project Onboarding Support: Track tender statuses and maintain timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
- Financial budgeting, contract drafting, business feasibility planning.
- Customer service, vendor networking, MS Office proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attach scanned copies of academic and professional documents.
- Degree certificates must be attested/verified by HEC.
- Academic performance below 3rd division, weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service or without NOC.
- Candidates pursuing the required degree or medically unfit.
