Project Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to support our project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating project activities and managing timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). They will also have basic knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities and manage timelines
  • Prepare project documentation and reports for internal use
  • SUPPORT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAMS AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Conduct market research and analysis as needed
  • Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting project issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
