We're Hiring: Inbound Taxi Controller (Customer Service Representative – CSR)

We're looking for a reliable and skilled #TaxiOperator/Dispatcher to join our team You'll be handling inbound calls from UK customers, assisting with taxi bookings, airport transfers, payments, and most importantly — dispatching jobs to drivers and monitoring them until completion to ensure smooth and timely service.

What You'll Do:
  • Answer calls from UK customers with a clear #BritishAccent
  • Book, amend, or cancel taxi rides based on customer needs
  • Provide accurate fare quotes and manage airport bookings
  • Take secure payments over the phone
  • Dispatch jobs to available drivers using the #iCabbi system
  • Track and monitor each booking until successful completion
  • Communicate with drivers for updates, delays, or issues
  • Connect customers with drivers when needed for coordination
  • Handle driver queries, feedback, and complaints
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of #CustomerService or #InboundCallCenter experience
  • Strong spoken English with a mandatory British accent
  • Experience using the #iCabbi dispatch system (preferred)
  • Knowledge of dispatching and live job monitoring
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who stays calm under pressure
  • Understanding of UK geography and taxi operations is a plus
