As a Senior BD Executive focused on LinkedIn outreach, you will be instrumental in fueling our business expansion within the US, UK, and EU markets. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to cultivate relationships with potential clients and generate qualified leads, directly contributing to our revenue growth. Your expertise in leveraging LinkedIn as a sales engine will be key to achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted LinkedIn-centric sales strategy for the US, UK & EU markets to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives specifically through this platform.
  • Strategic LinkedIn Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients on LinkedIn, building meaningful connections and nurturing relationships to secure high-value software development deals.
  • LinkedIn Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor LinkedIn for industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs within the software development space to refine outreach strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • LinkedIn Lead Generation Mastery: Implement advanced lead generation tactics utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platform features to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for software development projects.
  • Compelling LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement: Craft persuasive LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and content to initiate conversations and showcase our technology services and solutions effectively.
  • LinkedIn-Driven Sales Negotiation: Leverage relationships built on LinkedIn to navigate negotiations and secure contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • LinkedIn Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: Provide regular reports on LinkedIn-driven sales activities, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Meticulously manage the sales pipeline originating from LinkedIn.
  • LinkedIn-Focused Sales Planning: Develop both short-term and long-term sales plans specifically centered around leveraging LinkedIn to achieve the defined business objectives for software development project acquisition.

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience exceeding sales targets, especially using LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for LinkedIn.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a LinkedIn-focused sales track record..
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Docs and CRM, integrating LinkedIn data.
  • Strong time management and planning skills for LinkedIn outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building LinkedIn client relationships.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets consistently through LinkedIn strategies.

Education:BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, Master's or MBA

Experience:Minimum 3 years

Timings: 3pm-12am
