We are seeking a self-driven, passionate Territory Sales Manager responsible for implementing effective territorial marketing strategies, meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes, assessing sales performance, and discovering new sales opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering overall value/volume targets coupled with fundamentals against assigned objectives.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration (BBA/MBA)

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales & distribution with reputed FMCG companies

Vacancy Description

  • Achieve territory volume/value targets while maintaining portfolio availability and business partner ROI. Drive distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity, and drop size.
  • Achieve employee engagement index scores.
  • Manage large-capital distribution and business ROI.
  • Estimate outlets' potential for placement of company assets.
  • Track and recover assets from trade.
  • Provide on-the-job training to sales team.
  • Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return rate, outlet conversion rate.
  • Handle different distribution channels like trade and key accounts.
  • Track and report movements of other products in the category (MIR).
  • Monitor competitor activities and report to superiors.
  • Conduct retail audits and update outlet data regularly.
  • Lead field sales operations to achieve yearly sales targets, ensuring distribution and route-to-market KPIs and business partner ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental safety, food safety, and occupational health standards, including ISO standards and international food standards.
