We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's sales pipeline through strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads within the industry.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with our products/services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation performance, including call metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering relevant IT services.
Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications -
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in computer science, Information technology or related field from a reputed institution.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in lead generation (cold calling) within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, app development, and design.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and data-mining abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead-generation platforms.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
