We're on a mission to expand our footprint in the US, UK, and European markets, and we're looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the US/UK/Europe markets using channels such as Email Campaigns, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms.
- Position and promote our Generative AI-powered software solutions to C-level executives, stakeholders, and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and tailored product demos focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Build, nurture, and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and upselling opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue goals.
- Drive deal negotiations including pricing, scope, and contract terms.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, with demonstrated success in the US/UK/European markets.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the AI/Generative AI industry.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to influence and engage high-level executives and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, high energy, and a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with sales outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and freelancing platforms.
- Proficient in CRM systems for managing sales pipelines and tracking activities.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
