Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

In Collaboration with respective Project Manager, as a Commercial Project Manager you are responsible for the controlling and commercial project management of Projects of Saudi Arab region. This includes revenue recognition, project cost management, contract management, accounting and cash flow management, opportunity and risk management, foreign currency management, monitoring of bank guarantees as well as project specific insurance.

  1. Effective & efficient Commercial Project Management encompassing all functions of Project Controlling; particularly but not limited to timely submission of invoices & other claims to customers along with proper follow up for fast processing.
  2. Develop Project Controlling Module / Tool to prepare Current Cost Calculations (CCC), Mapping of Actual Status; Forecast, Cash in/out, Billings, Collections etc. on an item-by-item basis for better controlling and forecasting of project results.
  3. Forecast Quality, with emphasis on meeting Forecast every Month, Quarter & Annually.
  4. Ensure submission of feedback / responses by defined timelines e.g forecast preparation, NCC reporting and review of Projects midterm calculations as per required frequency.
  5. Submission of Closing Documents & Information (JVs, Advance Adjustment, Receivables Adjustments, Time Sheet booking, Receivables Due Date Change etc.) along with proper documentation before month end closing. Also, adherence to other activities defined in the closing schedule.
  6. Ensure CCC updation in Spiridon, booking of GRs & Billing in the system.
  7. Maintain & Update Risk & Opportunity Register.
  8. Maintain List of Claims, such as Variation Order, Escalation, Duty / Taxes etc.
  9. Controlling of Advances, Guarantees & LCs towards Customer & Supplier / Contractors.
  10. Maintain Purchase Orders (Issued & Balance Ordering List backed by Supporting) & full review of committed cost.
  11. Timely Payment to Suppliers- Pending Invoices status to CPMs in AIMS tool. Making of Urgent Payment Request (UPR).
  12. Coordination with Logistic & freight forwarder team for shipment status- Arranging of timely shipping documents from various countries for custom clearance, Goods & invoice receipt etc.
  13. Controlling of Inventory at Site, Calculating Foreign Currency exposure & Hedging.
Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid
  • ACCA or MBA Finance
  • 5 years' experience in a Finance or Controlling role
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural workplace.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Arabic language Knowledge shall be advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of MS Excel)
