ACCBOOKS Accounting & Bookkeeping is a UAE-registered firm offering cost-effective solutions to meet all your Accounting, Bookkeeping, and VAT needs under one roof. Our team of VAT Consultants, Accountants, and Tax Advisors can help businesses simplify their accounting and VAT processes while ensuring compliance with the Federal Tax Authority. We identify potential financial and VAT challenges and conduct health checks to provide tailored solutions.
Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying leads, closing sales, and promoting our financial services to UAE-based clients. You'll work remotely from our call centre in Rawalpindi, with a fixed salary and unlimited incentive potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads from outbound calls and online outreach.
Promote Accbooks' accounting and bookkeeping services to UAE clients.
Handle full sales cycle: pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Report daily sales activity and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong communication skills are a must.
Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping concepts is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Based in or willing to work from our Rawalpindi call centre.
