User Acquisition & ASO Specialist – Mobile Games (1 Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a User Acquisition & ASO Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the mobile gaming industry to join our team. This role combines deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) with strong skills in performance marketing to scale our mobile games across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize ASO strategies for games on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Launch and manage CPI, CPA, and tROAS campaigns across Google Ads, Mintegral, Unity Ads, and other mobile UA platforms.
Monitor and analyze ad creatives and KPIs to test and scale top-performing campaigns.
Identify emerging gaming trends, genres, and successful mechanics through market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure the games meet marketable quality standards and KPI benchmarks.
Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging, high-performing ad creatives.
Regularly review and improve ASO elements like titles, descriptions, keywords, icons, and screenshots based on performance data.
Track and report on portfolio performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile gaming UA and ASO.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, especially App Campaigns (CPI and tROAS).
Experience with additional UA networks like Mintegral, TikTok, Unity, Applovin, etc.
Solid understanding of store algorithms, keyword optimization, and creative A/B testing.
Passion for mobile games with a good sense of current global and regional trends.
Ability to identify and champion high-potential games within the development team.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in UA metrics, attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and Excel/Sheets.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred:

Experience with creative testing and iteration frameworks.

Familiarity with Game Analytics, Firebase, and other tracking tools.

Basic knowledge of ad creatives tools like Canva, After Effects, or similar is a plus.
