User Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across various channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Market Research and Collaboration:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for user acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to understand user behavior and preferences.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align user acquisition strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining users, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mintegral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
