User Acquisition Strategy Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Strategy Lead to join our team. As a User Acquisition Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies that drive growth and revenue for our mobile games.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
  2. Analyze and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Create and manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creatives.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize and improve campaign performance.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of user acquisition campaigns using analytics tools.
  6. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining users, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  4. Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mintegral.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
