About The Role

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Benefits team and help establish a world-class benefits function to attract, reward, and retain top talent. You will play a key role in evolving our total rewards philosophy and strategy. This position involves regular interaction with team members, HR business partners, recruiting, and finance teams. Experience in entrepreneurial and hyper-growth environments is preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a proactive approach, this opportunity is ideal for you.

What You'll Do
  1. Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees.
  2. Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries.
  3. Manage enrollments and terminations of IPD, OPD, and life insurance policies.
  4. Oversee all employee lifecycle benefits activities, including orientations and offboarding.
  5. Validate IPD paper claims at the Lahore office for processing.
  6. Maintain comprehensive understanding of benefit programs and eligibility criteria.
  7. Ensure proper benefits record management and compliance reporting.
  8. Update Payroll/HRIS for employee Provident Fund deductions.
What We're Looking For
  1. 1-2 years of experience in benefits or HR operations.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Innovative mindset with knowledge of the latest solutions and their value.
  5. Ability to travel to the Lahore office twice a week.
  6. Availability to work between 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PKT.
