About The Role

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Benefits team and help establish a world-class benefits function aimed at attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent. You will play a key role in evolving our total rewards philosophy and strategy. This position involves regular interaction with team members, HR business partners, recruiting, and finance teams. The ideal candidate thrives in entrepreneurial and hyper-growth environments, is adaptable to fast-paced and changing settings, and is results-oriented.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees.
  • Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and handle inquiries.
  • Manage enrollments and terminations for IPD, OPD, and life insurance policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits, including onboarding, offboarding, and inquiries.
  • Visit the Lahore office to validate IPD paper claims for processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all benefit programs and eligibility criteria.
  • Ensure proper backend benefits management, including plan and employee records, and compliance reporting.
  • Update Payroll/HRIS systems for employee Provident Fund deductions.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits or HR Operations roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative mindset with awareness of the latest solutions and their value.
  • Willingness to travel to the Lahore office twice a week.
  • Ability to work between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM PKT.
