We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Benefits team and help establish a world-class benefits function to attract, reward, and retain top talent. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our total rewards philosophy and strategy. This position involves regular interaction with team members, HR business partners, recruiting, and finance teams. What You'll Do:
  1. Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees.
  2. Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries.
  3. Manage enrollments and terminations for IPD, OPD, and life insurance policies.
  4. Oversee all aspects of employee benefits lifecycle, including orientations, offboarding, and inquiries.
  5. Visit the Lahore office to validate IPD paper claims for processing.
  6. Maintain comprehensive understanding of benefit programs and eligibility requirements.
  7. Ensure proper backend benefits management, including record management and compliance reporting.
  8. Update Payroll/HRIS systems for employee Provident Fund deductions.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in benefits or HR Operations roles.
  2. Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Innovative mindset with knowledge of current solutions and their value.
  5. Ability to travel to Lahore office twice a week.
  6. Availability to work between 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PKT.
