Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SMM & PPC Lead Specialist to generate, manage, and convert leads for our design services. The role requires expertise in social media marketing (SMM), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies, with a strong focus on driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to generate quality leads across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead funnel: from acquisition to nurturing and handover to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the design and creative team to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads specifically for design-related services (branding, UI/UX, digital design, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SMM and PPC lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Must have experience in the design industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales/marketing team.
