HR Business Partner | Talent Strategy | People Experience | Career Development | Talent ManagementAbout the Role
The role involves building and leading a team responsible for Facility Management, Property Management, and Brand Acquisition functions. You will design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead a team comprising Facility Management, Property Management & Brand Acquisition functions.
- Design & implement SOPs for building operations, equipment maintenance, asset upkeep, and 24/7 support systems.
- Build, foster, and maintain relationships with vendors, retail brands, and partners.
- Implement SOPs for optimal building operations and controls to ensure a comfortable environment for tenants, customers, and guests.
- Create and develop opportunities to increase company income through existing and new clients.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage partnerships with clients and tenants.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's value proposition.
- Represent the company professionally before brands and partners for business development and acquisition.
- Identify potential tenants, perform background and credit checks, and assess qualifications.
- Determine ROI for tenants and unit holders; negotiate lease and contract terms.
- Manage rent collection, security deposits, and registration fees.
- Inform tenants/clients of contract changes or issues and work proactively to retain them.
- Develop tenant/client mix to meet revenue objectives.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote property units.
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for mall promotion.
- Oversee mall operations and related matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation or higher from a reputable institute.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
