Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Cold Caller to join our growing sales team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for generating leads and building strong relationships with businesses seeking innovative software solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct Cold Calls to prospective businesses, introducing our software services and identifying opportunities.
  • Generate Leads and qualify prospects by understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Handle Objections effectively, building rapport with decision-makers and overcoming resistance.
  • Schedule Appointments for sales demos, meetings, or further discussions with potential clients.
  • Manage CRM Systems to track leads, interactions, and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to refine strategies and improve our lead-generation processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Experience in B2B cold calling.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking abilities.
  • Understanding of Software Services: Ability to explain tech solutions and how they benefit businesses.
  • Lead Qualification & Research: Experience identifying decision-makers and conducting research on potential leads.
  • Goal-Oriented & Resilient: Driven to meet sales targets and capable of handling rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Objection Handling & Closing Skills: Skilled in navigating difficult conversations and setting up appointments or closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.
Timings
  • 6pm-3am
