Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  2. Set clear performance objectives for the team and individual team members, regularly monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
  3. Plan and organize work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  4. Maintain accurate records of attendance, work hours, and other relevant data.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
  6. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and effective cross-functional communication.
  8. Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, conducting performance reviews and addressing any performance-related issues.
  9. Handle and resolve employee conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  11. Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and departmental metrics to upper management.
  12. Ensure that all projects and tasks are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Salary range: 80k-100K

Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of proven experience with a focus on managing a team of more than 6 persons.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  3. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  4. Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead, preferably in a similar industry.
  5. Proficient in using computer software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
  6. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  8. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  9. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and efficiency.
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  11. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
