Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online research to determine potential fit.
  • Engage with US-based prospects to gather key information and assess interest in company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align qualification criteria and handoff processes.
  • Follow up with prospects at various stages of the pipeline to nurture and convert leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Technical responsibilities

  • CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Lead qualification frameworks and outreach best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Candidates with exceptional English communication skill are encouraged to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in a lead qualification or similar role (Experience is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot & Salesforce is a PLUS

Timings

  • 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Tuesday - Saturday)
