
Business Growth Lead Qualifier

We are seeking an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to support a key client and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Deliver high-quality qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
Role Details
- Covered regions: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC.
- Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time.
Must-have:
An international-standard workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
This role involves working closely with our clients and teams to ensure seamless lead management and conversion.
As an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, routing them to the right sales channels, and following up to ensure timely conversions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
