Role Overview:

This position acts as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal teams, driving employee relations initiatives. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience by ensuring unbiased and neutral facilitation of complaint resolutions. Responsibilities also include facilitating open-door processes and investigating complaints or legal charges.

The role reports to the HRBP Director.

What You'll Do:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact and ER investigator.
  2. Conduct investigations of varying difficulty and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
  3. Own assigned cases, monitor progress to ensure timely resolution, and maintain detailed investigation logs with notes and supporting documents.
  4. Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns or conflicts related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
  5. Facilitate open-door processes and investigate complaints or legal charges.
  6. In collaboration with Legal and HRBPs, plan and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to enhance organizational capability.
  7. Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as required.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, with 3+ years in employee and/or labor relations.
  3. Knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India is a plus.
