Role Overview:
This position acts as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal teams, driving employee relations initiatives. You will contribute to creating a positive employee experience by ensuring unbiased and neutral facilitation of complaint resolutions. Responsibilities also include facilitating open-door processes and investigating complaints or legal charges.
The role reports to the HRBP Director.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact and ER investigator.
- Conduct investigations of varying difficulty and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Own assigned cases, monitor progress to ensure timely resolution, and maintain detailed investigation logs with notes and supporting documents.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns or conflicts related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
- Facilitate open-door processes and investigate complaints or legal charges.
- In collaboration with Legal and HRBPs, plan and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to enhance organizational capability.
- Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, with 3+ years in employee and/or labor relations.
- Knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India is a plus.
