Job Title: Key Business Performance Manager
DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and daily operations of a call center team. This includes ensuring seamless execution of business objectives, motivating and coaching team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
This is a leadership role that requires exceptional skills to manage and develop team members, drive efficiency, and foster a competitive environment.
