2. Marketing Campaign Management:

o Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital,

email, social media, and events, to drive awareness, engagement, and

conversions.

o Collaborate with creative team to develop high-quality assets, including landing

pages, video content, and visuals that connect with target audiences.

o Work closely with performance marketing team to ensure campaigns achieve

KPIs, including traffic growth, lead generation, and sign-ups.

3. Performance Marketing Integration:

o Support paid media efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and

LinkedIn, focusing on attracting qualified property owners.

o Leverage retargeting strategies to re-engage leads and nurture them through the

4. Content Creation and Thought Leadership:

o Develop content that establishes Livedin as an authority in short-term rental

property management, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.

can increase revenue and simplify operations using Livedin.

o Partner with PR team to amplify Livedin's success stories and innovations.

5. Event and Conference Marketing:

o Represent Livedin at industry events, positioning the platform as the solution of

choice for property owners and managers.

o Work with the team to design engaging booth experiences, including lead-

generation activities and live product demonstrations.

o Gather insights from event participants to form future marketing strategies.

6. Data-Driven Insights:

o Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track marketing

performance across campaigns.

o Provide actionable insights to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition,

and retention strategies.

o Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with

customer feedback and emerging trends.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product

updates, sales goals, and operational improvements.

o Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns on time

and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Marketing Expertise:

o 2–4 years of experience in brand management, campaign execution, or

marketing strategy, ideally in Digital Products, PropTech, SaaS, or real estate.

operations to align on goals and strategies.
