Position: Business Development Representative / SDR

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary: 45k to 80k plus commission

Responsibilities:
  1. Pro-active and creative outreach to key stakeholders of in-target businesses by phone, email, and LinkedIn, making use of cutting-edge technology provided for enhanced sales development.
  2. Achieve specified and agreed-upon monthly KPIs and targets.
  3. Key stakeholder mapping through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  4. Develop excellent customer and prospect relationships, leading to growth in both existing and new accounts.
  5. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  6. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  7. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  8. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  9. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Skills:
  1. Good negotiation skills and the ability to command respect amongst senior decision makers.
  2. Enthusiasm, drive, and great communication skills.
