Position: Business Development Representative / SDR
Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary: 45k to 80k plus commission
Responsibilities:- Pro-active and creative outreach to key stakeholders of in-target businesses by phone, email, and LinkedIn, making use of cutting-edge technology provided for enhanced sales development.
- Achieve specified and agreed-upon monthly KPIs and targets.
- Key stakeholder mapping through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Develop excellent customer and prospect relationships, leading to growth in both existing and new accounts.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to command respect amongst senior decision makers.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and great communication skills.
