Role Overview
  • Working with the CTO Product and D365 Development teams, this role leads the analysis and application of business processes within the CTO2 product (D365 and Power Platform).
  • This role will initially sit within the D365 development team to learn and understand the CTO2 product and its underlying technical structures.
  • They will then work closely with the CTO Product team to assess requirements and design high level features, to then confirm technical feasibility with the D365 development team.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Obtain business requirements from stakeholders e.g. through targeted engagement or workshops.
  • Interpret business requirements to produce balanced analysis that aligns with the point of view from the user and wider business.
  • Make design recommendations that consider the functional and technical offerings/limitations within CTO2 and Power Platform, as well the impact to other products across the ERP ecosystem.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics D365, model-driven apps and canvas app technologies.
  • Good understanding of business practices and processes within professional services.
  • Excellent understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Self-starter who can work individually or as part of a team.
  • A thinker, who can take initiative and interpret requirements without prompting.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to drive change effectively across a range of stakeholder groups across the organization, including at the senior partner level.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail; consistency across written materials and reporting is key.
