Job Description

This role oversees the analysis and application of business processes within CTO product (D365 and Power Platform). The successful candidate will work closely with the Product team to assess requirements and design high-level features, and then confirm technical feasibility with the D365 development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders through targeted engagement or workshops.
  • Interpret business requirements to produce balanced analysis that aligns with user point of view and wider business.
  • Makes design recommendations considering functional and technical offerings/limitations within CTO2 and Power Platform, as well as impact on other products across ERP ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics D365, model-driven apps, and canvas app technologies.
  • Good understanding of business practices and processes within professional services.
  • Excellent understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A thinker who can take initiative and interpret requirements without prompting.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive change effectively across stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail for consistency in written materials and reporting.
