Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual for the SaaS Sales Development Specialist role. This full-time B2B position involves driving business growth by presenting our vendors' products to in-house paid leads across various industries. You will use outreach channels like calls, emails, and SMS to nurture relationships and promote Software Finder's solutions, helping to expand our market presence.
Your Typical Day:
As a SaaS Sales Development Specialist, your day involves connecting clients with solutions that foster growth and success. You'll focus on uncovering compelling selling points, engaging prospects via calls, emails, or SMS, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and following up diligently. Your performance will be measured against KPIs to recognize your impact.
Your Impact:
- Drive lead generation through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.
- Identify and prospect potential leads via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize results.
- Contribute to process improvements and training initiatives.
- Develop persuasive narratives to communicate value propositions.
- Support colleagues in enhancing sales skills and operational processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS or B2B sales with a record of exceeding targets.
- Strong sales skills and ability to communicate value and handle objections.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales/marketing tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; US accent preferred.
- Ability to research industry data and stay updated on market trends.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous professional learning.
