Responsibilities

  1. Establish, develop, and maintain a portfolio of OLPM clients within the target market, ensuring maximum revenue with acceptable risk. Market all products and services offered by the Modaraba.
  2. Prospect High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and cash-rich organizations to generate Certificates of Musharakah (COMs).
  3. Conduct detailed financial analyses of client accounts and develop proposals that meet client needs, adopting appropriate relationship management strategies.
  4. Ensure timely submission of credit reviews, Business Credit Approvals (BCAs), and Client Due Diligence (CDD), maintaining a 'Zero overdue' review position, and comply with all internal, group, and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Ensure portfolio compliance with internal audit observations and recommendations.
  6. Perform administrative functions such as file maintenance, asset inspections, risk monitoring, call reports, and financial performance updates to be audit-ready.
  7. Assist the Client Relationships Team with administrative tasks.
  8. Contribute to achieving satisfactory audit ratings by diligent portfolio management.
  9. Develop and foster relationships with internal and external customers.
  10. Proactively process BCAs, CDDs, lease documentation requests, terminations, maturity, authority letters, NOCs, and balance confirmations.
  11. Maximize organizational profitability by rationalizing the portfolio and product offerings.
  12. Follow-up on past dues through client calls and telephonic contacts.
  13. Enhance market perception of OLPM as a key player and employer with growth potential.
  14. Adhere to Sales Management processes, improve market penetration, and track performance.
  15. Assist in developing new products and revising current business practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
