Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual seeking a challenging opportunity in talent acquisition? We are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.

About the Talent Acquisition Associate Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in recruitment and want to develop their skills further. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have the chance to work closely with our HR team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Reviewing applications and screening resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all records are up to date
  • Communicating professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
  • Assisting with onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment and HR team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn) is a plus
