Overview

Career Opportunity: Applications are invited to fill the following Construction Projects Officer vacancy at READ Foundation.

Position Details
  • Position: Construction Project Officer (Grade: 07)
  • Qualification: DAE Civil / B. Tech Civil
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 Years of position related work experience
  • Major Responsibilities: Coordinate with the design team to ensure alignment on project design, specifications, and budget. Plan construction operations, schedules, and workflows to meet project deadlines. Monitor, evaluate progress and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the sites. Collaborate with the field team to determine and allocate required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) within budgetary limits. Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously with effective field team support. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, track progress, and provide on-site guidance and training to field staff.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Proven working experience in building construction management. Expert knowledge of building construction and drawings. Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment and labour management. Expert knowledge of on field testing for building projects. Good Communication Skills. Good command on MS Office. Good Progress Report Writing and Photography Skills. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Job Status: Regular Timing 9-to-5 Monday to Friday
  • Location: Head Office Islamabad
Note
