Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Assistant to join our team at Bahria Consulting (UK). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and management of construction project budgets
  • Cost analysis and review of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts
  • Preparation of Financial and Technical Bids
  • Preparation of Health and Safety Documents
  • Estimation of costs for different civil and electrical related projects based in UK
  • Drafting Construction Drawings
  • Creating Bid reports
  • Designing for various types of construction projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or civil engineering-related field
  • Excellent knowledge of construction cost, financial and technical bidding, and tendering procedures
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
