Job Qualification:
  • Master/MBA degree (local/international) in HRM from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus.
  • Understanding academia will be preferred.
Job Skills:

Ability to work across diverse business units such as education and healthcare. Strong understanding of HR systems as a business owner. Ability to lead and mentor. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Assertiveness and capability to handle difficult situations effectively. Good knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.

Job Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience at managerial or senior level in human capital. Expertise in HCM operations, data analytics, and labor/employment laws. Knowledge of HR systems, SAP HCM, and certifications like SHRM or CIPD are preferred. Understanding of labor laws and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to developing organization-wide HR strategy.
  • Design and implement HR policies.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits (Payroll, EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful, Fuel Cards, etc.).
  • Manage HR operations across different sites through dedicated HR resources.
  • Maintain and update employee master data in SAP HCM.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; oversee HR audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage digital copies of employee personal files in SAP HCM.
  • Manage HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori/Employee portal, performance management systems, etc.).
  • Prepare and monitor the organization-wide HR budget.
  • Manage workload distribution across units.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and labor regulations.
  • Standardize KPIs and evaluate HR metrics to monitor performance.
