Job Description:

Baranh & HD are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing HR policies, and ensuring smooth employee relations within the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

  • Master's in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR)
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR department
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development processes
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
  • Partner with management to support organizational growth
