We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring smooth HR operations that align with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor performance management systems and support career development.
  • Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with integrity.
